We charge a uniform fee across Japan (excluding Okinawa and remote islands). We ask that you pay the shipping, bank transfer and postal transfer fees. You will pay the cash-on-delivery fee. The price does not include consumption tax. We charge consumption tax separately.

If you will pay by bank transfer, please make the transfer within one week after placing your order. If we cannot confirm your payment within one week, we will cancel your order. If you will pay by credit card or cash-on-delivery, we will ship your products as soon as they are ready to be shipped. (We will ship your products as soon as we confirm your payment by credit card has been authorized.)

In the unlikely event a product delivered to you is defective, we ask that you promptly contact us by email. We will refund you or immediately send a replacement product. However, if we have no product in stock, it may take some time to deliver it to you.

The sales quantity is described on the product page of the shopping site. The inventory information is listed on the top page. Please also check this.

You can specify the arrival date of your products. Please specify a date within 8 to 30 days from the date of your order. If you do not specify a date, we will send your products to you within four business days after confirming your order. We will proceed with production of made-to-order products after email confirmation. Delivery may take around five days depending on the region (excluding remote islands). We will contact you about the delivery date for custom-made products. (Delivery may be delayed due to the impact on shipping during consecutive holidays (e.g., the New Year’s holidays and the Mid-August Obon holidays) and disasters)

You can pay by credit card, cash-on-delivery, bank transfer, Paypal and convenience store payment. You will have to pay the fees associated with that at the time of payment.

If you will pay by bank transfer, please make the transfer the payment within seven days from the date of your order. If you will pay by convenience store payment, please pay within 10 days from the date of your order. If you do not pay within 10 days, your order will be automatically canceled. If you will pay by cash-on-delivery, we will ship your products within four business days after your order. Please pay the shipping company representative on arrival.

You cannot return made-to-order and custom-made products. We ask that you return products other than those within eight days from their date of arrival. Please confirm the contents of your order soon after it arrives and then contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a return. We will pay all the delivery and replacement fees for defective products and incorrect orders. If you wish to replace or return products at your convenience, please pay the shipping and handling fees. We cannot accept returns no matter what the reason if you contact us after eight days from the arrival of your order. In addition, we will charge you a return fee for returns and the return of opened products after eight days.

We cannot replace returned products due to their characteristics. Please make sure to check the size of your intended installation location and the size of the product before you make a purchase. If you return a product you have already used or opened, we will charge a return fee. If you return an unused product, we will quote you the fees necessary to repackage it. If you return a product you have opened, assembled (when we deem it has been used due to screw marks and damage) and used at your convenience, the fee will be up to 70% of the product price. (In that case, we will refund you 30% of the product price. We will refund your delivery fees and cash-on-delivery fees except when you return a product at your convenience. We ask that you pay the shipping fees and bank transfer fees for returns at your convenience.

We currently only ship products in Japan. Please contact us by email about overseas shipping.
