1.Consult with us before purchasing products
happyinuself recommends that you contact us using our ‘Inquiries Form’ prior to purchasing our products. We will then email you back to ask about your intended use and the characteristics of your dog before informing you of the size we recommend. Please feel free to contact us.
2.About our products
Our products come in parts and are to be assembled by you at home. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver when assembling these products. These products are for indoor use only.
3.How to purchase
You can purchase products by using the cart system on the shopping site.
4.How to pay
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or cash-on-delivery.
*In the unlikely event of a defect with a product, we will replace it at the part level. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we may ask you to replace or return the product upon ordering over the Internet.

Cash-on-delivery(Domestic only)
You cannot use cash-on-delivery for large packages, such as if you purchase a H series dog room.

- ¬ Purchases of less than 30,000 yen: 330 yen
- ¬ Purchases of 30,000 yen to less than 100,000 yen: 660 yen
- ¬ Purchases of 100,000 yen or more: 1,100 yen

5.Delivery and shipping fees
Please contact us by e-mail for overseas shipping.
We charge a uniform fee of 1,500 yen within Japan (excluding Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands). Shipping is free on purchases of 10,000 yen or more in Japan. We will deliver your order by Yamato Transport, Yu-Pack or Seino Transportation. Unfortunately, you cannot specify for your own shipping company for free shipping. You also cannot specify the delivery time for large packages, such as if you purchase the C/CE/CL/HL series.
*We will provide you with a separate quote for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands. (This will change depending on the number of items shipped). We will contact you at a later date.
6.Gifting purposes
Please note that we do not accept any gifting accessories (wrapping, ribbon, etc)
7.About returns
We make every effort to ship the products to your satisfaction, but if there are any mistakes in shipping or defective products, we will return or exchange them immediately.
In this case, please contact us within 8 days after the item arrives, with your statement, order number and sales receipt.
We will ask you to return the product within one week after contacting us. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after a week or more
8.Conditions of exchange and returns
A) We will pay for the shipping fee if:
- The delivered product was different from the order you placed
- The delivered product was out of stock or damaged in any way.
B) The customer will have to pay the shipping fee if:
- The customer returns goods due to their convenience (the color, size, etc. are different from what you expected)
* However, it is limited to unopened products
9.Warnings regarding returns
- Unused and unopened items are eligible for returns.
- Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable.
- Please note that if the package is opened, it will be treated as opened even if it is an unused item.
- We will not accept any items returned after one week or more.
- Items returned after the due date will be returned back. Please note that if you do not receive the item, we may discard the item.
- If you return a used or opened item, you will be charged a return fee. The fee will be 50% of the product price (refund amount is 50% of the product price). (If the assembled product is returned, readjustment costs will be incurred due to screw marks, possible scratches, etc.)
- Shipping and cash on delivery fees will be refunded in full except for returns due to customer's convenience.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fee and transfer fee for returned goods that are returned due to the customer's convenience.
10.Warnings about the product
- Our products are handmade products. Please note that there may be some scratches on the product and parts where the paint is not sticky, but there is no issue or problem with the product.
- Since our products are painted on aluminum, the painted parts may come off due to scratches or bites. Please limit any chewing, licking, or other uses of our products by your animals. In addition, our products are for indoor use only and cannot be used outdoors. Please carefully read the manual attached to the product before use.
- Due to the characteristics of aluminum, this product leaves welding marks (beads) on the welded surface. Since it is welded by hand, there are individual differences in the welded part on every product.
- Colors may differ slightly from the actual product due to shooting, display, photography, etc.
- The product may be unexpectedly improved in design, structure, etc.
- It is the owner's responsibility to handle all products.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or injury related to your animal due to the misuse of happyinuself such as damage to the structure of the product, damage to the area where your animal furniture product is stored and/or injury to your animal such as splinters, scratches, and/or other injuries.
11.About warranty
In order to make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide proof of purchase to Happyinuself showing the statement we sent when the product was purchased, providing the date of purchase of the products, a description of the Products and the price paid for the products. All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited to the Warranty Period. The warranty ONLY applies to the person who bought the product, or the person registered under the name of statement. Warranties cannot be claimed to second party customers. This warranty will not cover any expenses or responsibilities for any accidents or injury related to your animal/product due to the misuse of happyinuself such as damage to the structure of the product, damage to the area where your animal furniture product is stored and/or injury to your animal such as splinters, scratches, and/or other injuries. The warranty is voided if the customer significantly alters the product from the clear instructions of the manual provided with the product.
Dog cages:
Please contact us if you have any trouble or damage caused by spontaneous occurrence within one year from the arrival of the product. We will respond within the warranty policy.
We cannot guarantee deformation or damage caused by applying a strong load to the product, bites from the animal, scratches on the nails, etc.
Even if our cage is out of warranty, please contact us for repainting the product or replacing parts. (We will quote within our regulations.)
Although our product is made of aluminum, the paint covering the product is not completely scratch proof, therefore may chip off overtime. Normal wear and tear should be expected. Minor scratching on painted panels and other parts of product may be a result from normal usage and are not covered in the warranty.
Please keep the statement, which was sent to you when you purchased the product, as a warranty card.
Toilet options:
Toilets and consumables are covered by a six-month warranty from the time of purchase.
